#FIT4YU Bootcamp is designed to challenge the mind as well as the body. We work on motivation, technique, form, core training, breathing, relaxation, and a better understanding of how the body moves. With the group setting we inspire and encourage one another.
Time and time again I see the confidence participants gain in bootcamp classes. As the body feels stronger it begins to help them take control of other aspects of their life.
#Fit4yu is a program for all fitness level and ages. Whatever your current state of health and wellness is, it doesn’t matter. You have to get started. As a small business man working in this great city of Vallejo, California, I would like to do all I can to extend affordable services in response to those that are now being impacted by these outrageous rental hikes. I pledge to keep drop-in workouts for $5.00 at the Greater Valley Recreation District in Northern Vallejo.

Sedentary lifestyles are on the rise-especially for our kids! Inactive boys and girls are likely to become overweight adults – unless they adopt healthier patterns of eating and exercise. I get kids motivated and excited about both!
Why is Fit4Yu Kids Bootcamp good for kids? Beyond the exercise and the need to release energy my Kids Camps help develop kids character. This is where my Life Coach training kicks into high gear!
Three Ways Fit4Yu Kids Fitness Bootcamps Develop Character

- An ability to become healthy, happy or strong again after an illness, disappointment or other problem
It’s impossible for you child to develop resiliency without facing difficulty. We do our kids no favors when we shield them from difficult tasks—you can’t learn how to pick yourself up if you’ve never stumbled. But with the right environment and encouragement kids can get a great workout: mind, body and spirit!
More About Fit4Yu Kids Bootcamps
This is a new fitness program that Fit4Yu launched in the summer of 2017 in Sausalito, California. The kids absolutely love it! I’d really like to incorporate this program in other areas of the Bay Area-especially, Vallejo CA where fun kids fitness programs are a hardship on families because of affordability. I’m always looking for new locations and resources so please let me know. Let’s work together to grow this fitness revolution!
Mirror Drills at #Fit4Yu Vallejo Bootcamp!
How it’s done: One partner leads and can go forward, backward in no set pattern. The partner must follow the “Mirror Partner” (the lead partner’s movement). The Lead Mirror Partner is trying to lose their partner while the other is trying to keep up.

2 Cups Olive Oil
2 Eggs (room temperature)
1 Tbs Coconut Vinegar
2 Tsp Mustard
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Salt
Combine eggs, vinegar, mustard, honey and salt with immersion blender. Slowly add oil while blender is running, mixing until a mayonnaise has formed and ingredients are well blended. Store in fridge.
